Bio
Denise Bill. ED.D. is a Muckleshoot tribal citizen. She currently serves as the executive director of adult & higher education for the Muckleshoot tribal college. She received her doctoral degree from the University of Washington Seattle. Dr. Bill has been an educator in Washington state for over 20 years and has experience in k-12 teaching and administration, adult & higher education, and adjunct faculty at college/university levels. Her research and publications are centered in areas around Native American educational leaders in the Pacific Northwest and working in tribal communities. Dr. Bill is a fierce advocate in education for Muckleshoot community members and has created various pathways in education for her tribal community.
